Sometimes, you just need a partner, a guide, someone to walk beside you as you navigate challenges. I understand. I have been there. I provide a safe space to explore ideas, fears, and doubts without judgment, allowing you to feel less isolated and grow into a wiser, more effective leader. I will challenge you, offer support through uncertainty, uncover blind spots to reveal new possibilities. Most of all, I will help you learn to transcend yourself and lead with love that achieves extraordinary results and makes a meaningful impact in people's lives.

Who I Coach
I coach mid-level to executive leaders at for-profit and non-profit organizations. Most importantly, I work best with leaders who want to cultivate a deeply trusting partnership with me where they will be challenged and held accountable but know they have a partner on their journey. I coach leaders who want to be more authentic and true to themselves while growing their organizations and achieving extraordinary results.

My coaching focuses on the interior and exterior work necessary to transform yourself. Through reflective exercises, you will connect with your true and "higher" self to lead true to your values and purpose. You will feel "lighter", and a deeper sense of calm, confidence and clarity. Additionally, we will work on decision-making models, informal and formal communication, conflict resolution, and more, expanding your tools to be a more effective leader. Topics I Address
I address a range of leadership challenges. I partner with clients in navigating strategic decisions, helping them gain clarity on issues and values to create the right model for their decisions. I explore mental models that inhibit their ability to lead effectively. I do this by creating opportunities for clients to become aware of their self-talk and thought processes that shape their decisions, habits, and behaviors. I also engage clients in some of the most challenging leadership issues, such as managing difficult relationships and improving team dynamics. Additionally, I coach clients on career planning, preparing for promotions, and assuming new leadership positions.
My Approach
I value trust, open communication, vulnerability, creative thinking, and collaboration. Clients can expect me to model this throughout the engagement. Clients can expect candid observations and pointed questions that challenge them to think, lead, and act differently. I am most effective when clients and I trust each other to bring our whole selves to the engagement to include our unique values. We will meet as frequently as necessary to meet your goals.
