Leadership Academy

My Leadership Academy enables leaders to grow their capacity to navigate conflict, make difficult decisions, coach, provide constructive feedback, and hold individuals accountable with the perspective of loving and serving. Leaders who complete the program will learn how to transcend themselves, have a greater sense of purpose and meaning, and be in touch with their authentic higher selves. They will create organizations where employees and members feel the same, living their values, flourishing, and serving others.

Resilience and Hardiness

Resilience and hardiness are vital for navigating challenges, adapting to change, and maintaining focus under pressure. In this four-part course, you will learn how developing meaning, commitment, control, and challenge build individual and organizational resilience and hardiness. Decision Making

This is not any ordinary decision-making course. You will learn the importance of interior listening and how to listen and engage others to make decisions. You will also learn a model on how to discern options and make the best choice that is true to yourself and your organization. Course coming soon.

Servant Leadership

​This leadership course explores servant leadership, emphasizing shared power, prioritizing others' needs, and fostering growth. Participants learn to empower individuals and communities, enhancing collaboration, well-being, and performance while shifting from traditional power-focused leadership approaches.
